You can book a Cash & Carry Space by paying the down payment and after that pay the remaining amount in just 25,000/- monthly installments for 12 months.

After 12 months, The Company is also providing a buyback guarantee. The Company will purchase it back from you and will give you the guaranteed profit of 400,000/- only.


Now the rate per sq ft is 40,000/- and the company will be revising the rate per sq ft to 44,000.
10% Down Payment of booking your space is 400,000.
But if the client of Cash & Carry space wants to mature the deal and be the owner of 100 Sq Ft Cash & Carry space, He/She will have to pay the further installments according to the installment plan provided by the company.

After 12 months, the client will have to pay 10% of the balloting charges that is 400,000/-.
For the 2nd year, 3rd year, and 4th year the installment for each month will be 50,000 and 2 semi annual instalments of 166,666 will be mandatory to pay by the client.
By completing the installments according to the installment plan you’ll get the ownership confirmed for the Cash & Carry space.
This whole procedure will take 4 years to complete the installments and all the paperwork for giving the ownership of the property.
