You can book a Food Court space by paying the down payment and after that pay the remaining amount in just 20,000/- monthly installments for 9 months.
After 9 months, The Company is also providing a buyback guarantee. The Company will purchase it back from you and will give you the guaranteed profit of 200,000/- only.
Now the rate per sq ft is 10,000/- and the company will be revising the rate per sq ft to 11000.
But if the owner of the Food Court wants to keep it for a long so you can pay the further installments by following the procedure of the company.
